Saulsbury performed all electrical and instrumentation work for 56 crude storage tanks, a ship loading dock, and a barge dock.

Scope of the Project
- Installation of over five miles of cable tray for wiring of MOV clusters at each lateral to each tank
- Installation of MCC, transformers, buses, and associated wiring
- Lighting for the entire site including high mast lighting around the plant and instrumentation for each storage tank, including all air piping and loop checks

The project was completed on time and on budget with 150,000 safe man-hours.
